Ability to speak two or more languages is a plus. Position Description: This position is an excellent entry level opportunity for individuals who wish to consider a career in aviation parts sales. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should have previous general office, sales and/or customer service experience. Candidates should have previous Windows 98 and/or Windows NT experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet applications. Extreme attention to detail is required along with an ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities. You will be assisting our inside sales representatives. Duties include new part number research, data entry, preparing quotes. Tracking and expediting open orders with our airline customers and vendors. We prefer a college degree for individuals applying for this position. Candidates must have previous direct sales experience. Candidates should have some previous automotive, industrial, or other parts sales and ideally, previous aircraft parts sales experience. Candidates must have previous Windows 98 and/or Windows NT experience including Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet applications. Additionally, you should have previous experience with contact management software applications such as ACT!, Goldmine, or Telemagic. Extreme attention to detail is required along with an ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities. You will be communicating with our airline customers. Duties include handling the majority of our inbound customer inquiries, new part number research, data entry, preparing quotes, tracking and expediting open orders with our vendors. Calling our customers in follow up to quotes. Generating sales orders and communicating with our customers. Preference given to those with previous aircraft parts sales, distribution, vendor management or repair station experience. We prefer a college degree for individuals applying for this position. Candidates must have previous commercial aircraft parts sales experience. Candidates must have extensive knowledge and experience with airline requirements and aviation industry terminology. Candidates must have previous Windows 98 and/or Windows NT experience including Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet applications. Additionally, you must have previous experience with a contact management software application such as ACT!, Goldmine, or Telemagic. Extreme attention to detail is required along with an ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities. You will be communicating with our domestic and international airline and MRO customers. Duties include the active pursuit of our Airline and MRO business. Expanding our business with our existing Airline and MRO customers.
